Calling all 2021 High School Graduates!

Pasha Orthodontics invites you to apply for the 2021 Pasha Orthodontics Scholarship Awards.

1st Place: $450
2nd Place: $350
3rd Place: $250

Requirements:

1. Write a bio about yourself describing you, your interests and your strengths
2. Please describe your 5-year and 10-year career goals & provide as much detail as possible, (including pictures) on how this scholarship will help you.

• Applicants must be entering college in Fall 2021
• Applicants must be former or current patients
• Prize money must be used toward college expenses
• Send application to aurora@pashaorthodontics.com by July 16th, 2021

Dr. Pranav Patel, Dr. Tushar Shah, and their team will review entries. Winners will be announced in August.
